Here's an idea: Grab your copy of both The Warlock of Firtop Mountain d20 game as well as the gamebook. Read through the gamebook, but create a d20 character. Whenever you have to fight or make a die roll, use the d20 stats instead of the FF stats. Voila; instant d20 solo adventure |

Actually, you have to follow the maps; otherwise you can't figure out what location to llok at in the module!
I'm going through Warlock with a 7th level fighter. I started with only a longsword, leather armour, 10 trail rations, a backpack, and my choice of a potion of bull's strength (to represent skill), potion of cure moderate wounds (stamina) or potion of fortune (luck). I set a rule that whenever I decide to rest to heal hit points, I have to eat a trail ration per day of rest. If I get to 0 trail rations, I can't rest. |
