Hi,
Ive just bought the deathtrap dungeon d20. Then got on the site to download the character sheets ect but after asking you a security question the screen leads you to one where it says click here to continue. When i click that nothing happens but my screen goes blank. Is this a glitch or do you recon its my pc being awkward?
If i ever get them are they any good?

Hi Jamie,

I have been in this boat too and I'm sure there were others. And this problem has been around since the beginning. In the past you or Mike have always helped me out after an email. Thx!

I recently upgraded form Win95 to Win98SE (hardware limitations) but still can't download the extras.

Has anyone yet managed to pinpoint the reason for this problem? And don't you guys mind the extra work helping us out by email (unless we - the people with download trouble - are just a small group)? Or will there be a permanent solution to this bug in the future?
