For DMs wanting to use this module for small groups, what levels is it suggested for? Also, do the unique monsters in the module have full D20 monster write-ups for use in other adventures or are they just statted out as individuals?
Can't wait to snatch this up as soon as I see it on shelves! |

Warlock is designed for 4th level characters (and indeed comes complete with 4 pre-generated characters - full character sheets available for download from this website, once you have bought the product).
All of the monsters have full d20 write ups in the back of the module including artwork for every one! There are eight in Warlok and more in Caverns. All the new magic items also have full d20 write ups including all the creation rules and costs.
Hope you enjoy them!
Cheers Mike

Wow, this sounds like you're doing the conversions exactly as I hoped. Hopefully one or both of your first modules will show up in Los Angeles soon. |

Having snagged my copies at GenCon Europe at the weekend I can tell you the books look great!
I haven't had much time to look over them yet (being a busy Mum and Manager)
but I look forward to running them with all the glossy handouts |

Hi all,
Picked up a copy of WOFTP at GENCONUK. Lucky enough to get it signed by Steve Jackson & Jamie Wallis.
The problem I've got is that I can't seem to find the great PDF maps that were shown at the convention. Apparently (as I was told at the con) they were part of the downloadable content. Have i got the wrong end of the stick, or am I just being blind.

Hello All! Robsterman here!
My, we have come a long way from that C64 version of the Warlock of Firetop Mountain. Though the boardgame is pretty cool.
It is about time that groups of people are expanding the FF universe. For far too long, this source was largely untapped. Now, with the re-release of FF books, along with new modules based on them, FF will once again rise in popularity.
Also, one of your members is from Finland, and I'll be visiting there next week for the first time. It's a cruise and the details are all mish-mashed, but I think we're going to Gamla Stan. Small world.
Anyway, keep on gaming. Thought I'd drop in and say hello!

Sadly I only went on the Monday, and missed all of the best stuff (Steve Jackson & Brian Froud)
Oh Well nevermind, maybe I'll catch him at an event
